Angela Chen, an Associate in the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented Grand Homes and First Texas Homes in the purchase of 126 lots at Wellspring Estates in Celina, TX. The development is located on Frontier Parkway/FM1461, three miles north of Highway 380 and Preston Road. The seller, Sunshine Development, is a Chinese developer and was represented by Cecilia Hampton of Hampton International Realty Group.
First Texas Homes will sell homes starting at around $360,000, and homes from Grand Homes will start at $410,000. Total square footage ranges from 2,500 to 4,800 square feet. Each builder offers a different style, look and feature set to match prospective buyers’ tastes and needs.
